What I'm Thinking About Now
Healthcare AI is moving fast — but most of the hard problems aren't about the models. They're about the engineering required to make them actually work in production.
The part that interests me most is the challenge of taking a model from prototype to production in a regulated healthcare environment — the infrastructure, the security architecture, the operational patterns that make it work at scale. Getting from "we have a model" to a secure, compliant, observable system running in production is genuinely hard, and that's exactly the kind of problem I enjoy.
